Jazz your Holiday outfit up for less than $20!

Holiday excitement is on the streets, in the air, but not in that many bank accounts. And even if you haven't budgeted for the whole new festive outfit/ outfits, there are always ways to jazz up what you have already.
Got $20? Get new fun socks or tights! So many options to choose from. Variety of colors, textures, patterns and prints. Feeling bold? Wear short socks with your pumps, booties, or flats. You can even do socks over your tights, but I know it's not for everyone's taste. Proud of your legs? Wear a shorter dress or a skirt and some eye catching statement tights either of interesting color, or texture, or both. Prefer the safer track? Wear the knee- length ( a little bit below) skirt or dress and fishnets that come in many fun versions and colors.
Where to get them? Check your local discount stores, such as TJMaxx, Marshals, or even Ross- you'll be surprised by your finds and their prices. Or, if you're looking for some better ambiance, go to bigger department stores. Small cute boutiques are nice but more dangerous for your financial health.
